This project included code, accessibility and other improvements to the 37,500 SF building originally constructed in 1937. Improvements included building egress compliance, asbestos abatement and removal of lead paint. Improvements to ground level circulation, update of the equipment room, addition of a laundry facility and reorganization of locker rooms. Major mechanical system upgrades, new sprinkler system, fire protection and fire alarm, re-roofing of the head house, technology improvements in classrooms. The renovated building will be used for Sports Medicine, rehabilitation, training, office space and several men’s and woman’s sports program.
